Overview

The Chief Financial Officer at Khansons Group will serve as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors and CEO, overseeing all financial operations while ensuring long-term fiscal health and strict regulatory compliance. Job Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Educational requirements include a Master’s degree (MBA or M.Com) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with consistently strong academic performance. Professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) are highly valued, with specific experience requirements including CA (CC) with 10 years experience, CA (Inter) with 5-6 years experience, or ACA with 2+ years experience above qualification.

Candidates must demonstrate at least 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role as CFO or Head of Finance. Direct experience in Life Insurance or Banking is essential, with proven expertise in IDRA regulations, BSEC compliance, and Bangladesh tax/VAT laws. The position requires Bangladeshi citizenship or permanent residency, with no history of bankruptcy, loan defaults, or criminal convictions related to fraud, money laundering, or corruption.
