Job Description

Join Pragroshor as a Monitoring Officer for the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership Bangladesh project, where you’ll play a crucial role in advancing gender equality through feminist MEAL systems. This mid-level contract position in Dhaka offers an opportunity to work with diverse communities, collect and analyze data, and contribute to evidence-based advocacy for women’s rights. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and MJF team to ensure data quality, facilitate learning sessions, and support grassroots implementation of gender equality initiatives.

The position offers a competitive salary of 28,000-36,400 BDT with yearly festive bonus and performance-based salary reviews. As a Monitoring Officer, you’ll need 3-4 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, or project management, along with strong data collection and analysis skills. The role requires frequent travel for field visits and the ability to work with diverse populations.
