Job Description

Pragroshor is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership (RWVL) project in Dhaka, focusing on improving women’s and girls’ access to human rights and advancing gender equality across Bangladesh. This senior-level contract position requires at least 5 years of experience managing gender equality initiatives, with responsibilities spanning project planning, implementation, donor compliance, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee activities across multiple pillars including organizational capacity building, grassroots programming, movement strengthening, and advocacy for women’s rights.

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring effective implementation aligned with feminist principles, managing human resources and financial compliance, and driving sustainable impact in Dhaka’s communities. Based in Dhaka with frequent field visits required, this position offers a competitive salary of BDT 40,000-52,000 plus benefits including yearly festive bonus and performance-based salary reviews.
