Job Description

eBagan, a concern of Flixza Group, is seeking two Executive – Agro Extension professionals to join their team in Dhaka. This full-time entry-level position offers an opportunity to work with Bangladesh’s leading agricultural e-commerce and agri-service platform, providing technical support and guidance to farmers and agro-entrepreneurs across the country. The role involves extensive fieldwork across different regions of Bangladesh, demonstrating and guiding the proper use of agricultural products while maintaining professional representation of eBagan.

The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting farmer meetings, training sessions, and awareness programs while collecting field-level data and market insights to support product improvement.
