Job Responsibilities

• Design creative posters, banners, brochures, leaflets, catalogs, and social media content
• Support layout and formatting for reports, books, magazines, and presentations
• Work with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, and Motion Graphics software
• Perform video editing according to company demand, including adding effects, transitions, subtitles, music, and voiceovers
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials
• Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to meet deadlines
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage and archive video assets for easy future use
• Handle Facebook and YouTube boosting, video making, and social media optimization
• Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends, tools, and creative techniques
• Assist management with additional creative or multimedia projects as required

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Honors qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in advertising agencies, marketing firms, or related industries. The position requires expertise in graphic design, product video making, and video/sound editing. Candidates should have strong skills in video editing and video marketing, with experience in creating engaging content for various digital platforms.

Applicants must be male, aged between 26 to 40 years, with better understanding of boosting, SEO, page setup, and optimization techniques.
