Job Description

Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) is seeking an experienced Zonal Manager to lead their microfinance operations across Bangladesh. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 50,000-65,000 BDT and involves overseeing the comprehensive management of ESDO’s microfinance activities within designated zones. The successful candidate will supervise Area Managers, coordinate field operations, ensure target achievement in loan distribution and recovery, and provide strategic direction for program implementation.
