HSSE Manager (Project) at Laldia Container Terminal

Laldia Container Terminal is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental agenda for their greenfield container terminal project in Bangladesh. This full-time position requires 18+ years of experience and offers an opportunity to shape HSSE strategies from construction through operational phases. The successful candidate will work as a key member of the project leadership team, acting as a proactive client representative and working closely with contractors, consultants, and engineers to establish one of the safest construction sites and operational terminals in Bangladesh.

The role demands strong leadership experience in managing HSSE in complex, multi-contractor construction environments with proven experience in greenfield projects, preferably in ports, terminals, or heavy construction. The HSSE Manager will have full accountability for planning, implementing, and continuously improving HSSE strategies across the project lifecycle.
