Knitwear Designer | Fashion & Product Development (Night Shift)

NYC Aura Sourcing is offering an exciting opportunity for a Knitwear Designer to join their Fashion & Product Development team in Anywhere in Bangladesh. This full-time night shift position requires candidates to work from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, coordinating with international buyers and clients across different time zones. The role involves creating technical sketches, design concepts, and mood boards for seasonal collections, working closely with merchandising and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth production. Candidates will be responsible for selecting appropriate yarns, fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims for knitwear products, preparing tech packs, measurement charts, and product specifications for sampling and development.

The successful candidate will coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure design accuracy, review and approve samples and fittings to maintain quality standards, and conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities. This position offers a competitive salary range of 25,000 – 45,000 BDT and there are 5 positions available. Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience in garments or buying house, though freshers are also encouraged to apply. The role requires candidates to be at least 20 years old and only male candidates will be considered.
