Job Description

Uttara Development Program Society (UDPS) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Branch Manager across Chattogram, Dhaka, Rangpur, and Rajshahi divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with microfinance experience to join a reputable NGO that is making a significant impact in rural development. The role requires candidates who can effectively manage microfinance operations, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the organization’s mission of poverty alleviation through sustainable financial services.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and a competitive salary package starting from Tk. 25,000 during the probationary period, increasing to Tk. 28,000 after confirmation. Additional benefits include city allowances for Dhaka and Chittagong divisions. At least 1 year of experience in microfinance operations
Experience in NGO sector or travel agent business
Practical field experience in microfinance is mandatory
Motorcycle riding experience of at least 1 year
