Job Description

HUITENG NEW MATERIAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is offering an exciting opportunity for Field Sales Executives to join their expanding team in Dhaka. As the only manufacturer of premium waterproof baby mats in Bangladesh, the company is seeking motivated individuals with at least 2 years of field sales experience to help drive market growth and build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 20,000-25,000 BDT plus attractive commission and benefits.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily market visits, bulk order management, and product promotion across Dhaka. With 5 positions available, this is a great opportunity for career growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, physical stamina for extensive travel, and the ability to work under sales pressure. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to achieve their sales targets while building long-term relationships with key clients in the baby care products sector.

Education Requirements

HSC qualification required
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) preferred

Minimum 2 years of solid field sales experience
Experience in manufacturing, wholesale, or retail sectors
Proven track record in direct sales and distributor management
