Job Description

ACI PLC is seeking an experienced Inventory Strategy & Control (ISC) Manager to join their Dhaka office. This senior-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of Bangladesh’s leading conglomerates, managing inventory optimization across 35+ diversified businesses. The role combines advanced analytics, financial discipline, and digital enablement to improve service levels and reduce stock inefficiencies across Pharmaceuticals, Motors, Consumer Brands, Retail Chain, Agribusiness, and other SBUs.

The successful candidate will design and implement group-wide inventory optimization frameworks, develop safety stock models, and build centralized dashboards for performance monitoring. With 7-12 years of experience required, this position offers competitive compensation and the chance to make a significant impact on ACI’s operations. The role reports directly to the Head of Business Transformation, providing excellent exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making within a purpose-driven, performance-oriented culture.
