Job Description

The Officer (Job Placement and Database) role at BPI-SICIP Program offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Bangladesh’s skills development sector in Dhaka. This full-time position involves managing trainee placements, maintaining comprehensive employment databases, and supporting Training Institutes in achieving their job placement targets. The successful candidate will work closely with employers, coordinate job fairs, and ensure the effective implementation of skills development programs under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Program.

This mid-level position requires at least 3 years of experience in skills development or government projects, with a bachelor’s degree as the minimum educational qualification.
