Requirements

Education Requirements

Candidates should have completed formal education requirements.

Graduation from any discipline
English-medium background (O/A Levels) preferred

Experience Requirements

Experience requirements focus on customer service and marketplace expertise.

2-4 years of experience in customer service roles
Experience with Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces
Background in BPO/Call Centre environments preferred
UK client handling experience preferred
