Unicorn Sweaters Ltd. (Sterling Group) is seeking a talented Executive/ Senior Executive (R&D) to join their dynamic team in Ashulia, Savar. This mid-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative sweater product development in a 100% export-oriented manufacturing environment. The role involves working closely with Product Development and Merchandising teams to design unique sweater collections that align with global fashion trends and international buyer requirements, ensuring both creativity and commercial viability.

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of innovative sweater products, conducting trend research, creating design boards, and developing technical specifications for sampling and production. This Executive/ Senior Executive (R&D) position requires strong proficiency in design software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. With 2-4 years of experience in sweater design or R&D, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining Unicorn Sweaters Ltd.’s reputation for quality and innovation in the global sweater manufacturing industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Knitwear Design / Textile Engineering
Preferred from institutes like BUFT, BUTEX, Shanto-Mariam University

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sweater Design or R&D
Experience in reputed factory or buying house
Strong understanding of fashion trends and product development processes
Proven track record in design innovation and technical execution
