Job Description

BRAC International seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Management and Learning to join its Dhaka office. This full-time role is central to shaping and executing the organization’s talent and learning strategy, focusing on robust frameworks for succession planning, High Potential (HiPO) identification, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years specifically in talent management or leadership development, with proven expertise in talent reviews and frameworks like the 9-box grid. Experience in multinational, multicultural, or NGO/INGO settings is highly desirable. You will partner with Country HR Heads and technical leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure organizational readiness, while upholding BRAC’s core values and safeguarding commitments.

In this position, you will lead annual talent review cycles, develop analytics dashboards, and coach HR teams across geographies. You will also design and implement leadership development programs using blended learning approaches. The role requires strategic thinking, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel internationally. Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirements

Minimum professional experience needed.

  • At least 08 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 05 years in talent management or leadership development roles
