Job Description

Agriventure Limited is seeking a Chief Finance & Investment Officer (CFIO) to lead its capital and fundraising initiatives in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for venture capital fundraising, financial strategy, and investor relations in a fast-growing agri-finance startup. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in startup finance and VC fundraising, with the ability to build investor networks and perform under pressure. As part of Agriventure’s core leadership team, the CFIO will play a key role in shaping the future of agricultural finance in Bangladesh, making it a prime career opportunity for finance professionals in Dhaka.

The position offers a competitive salary of BDT 1,20,000 to 1,50,000 per month, plus performance-based commissions on funds raised. You will work directly with the CEO in an office-based, full-time role, with opportunities to grow into a core leadership position.
