Job Description

GE HealthCare is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Engineer to join its team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role, you will be responsible for all on-site service activities including maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and commissioning of advanced medical equipment such as CT scanners, MRI systems, and Cathlabs. You will manage logistics, perform complex technical tasks like NDT and critical welding, and serve as the primary engineering interface for customers. Education Requirements

Formal education requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience with high school diploma).

Experience Requirements

Specific experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on field service experience.
  • Preference for experience servicing CT, MRI, Cathlab, Ultrasound, PET, or Nuclear medicine equipment.
  • Experience with onsite machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, or generator diagnostics is valuable.
