Job Description

WebAppick is looking for a results-driven Media Buying Specialist to join their team in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for their suite of WordPress plugins and mobile apps. The core objective is to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost while maximizing conversions and revenue through data-driven testing and scaling of winning strategies.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media, with a strong grasp of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and ROI analysis. While experience with WordPress plugins or mobile apps is a significant advantage, a passion for performance marketing and a proven ability to manage budgets are essential. This entry-level position offers a starting salary from 25,000 BDT/month, a supportive work environment with subsidised meals, and clear paths for professional growth.
