Job Description

Humaira Engineering Technology is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Dhaka, specializing in precast construction solutions. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or construction-related fields. The company provides eco-friendly, fast, and cost-effective precast wall and column-based construction solutions through their subsidiary “Green Wall,” serving the growing demand for sustainable construction in Bangladesh.

The role involves developing business opportunities, identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. With a competitive compensation package including a base salary of BDT 15,000 plus 2% commission per precast house sale, this position offers significant earning potential. The successful candidate will work closely with design, production, and installation teams while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth in the precast construction sector.

HSC/Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred)
Bachelor’s degree (optional but preferred)
