Job Description

Bank Asia PLC. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage technology projects across banking platforms. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, this role involves end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects, including loan processing, internet banking, payments, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing both vendor-driven and in-house development projects, with strong leadership skills and expertise in banking technology.

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver initiatives across key banking systems such as Core Banking, CRM, and digital channels. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge banking technology projects and drive digital milestones. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent stakeholder management, and experience with Agile practices. Proven experience managing banking technology projects

Qualifications

Professional certifications and qualifications are preferred for this technical leadership role.

PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
PRINCE2 certification preferred
Agile/Scrum Certification preferred

Skill Requirements
