Job Description

Global Automation Ltd is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager for Technical Sales & Marketing to drive business growth in industrial refrigeration solutions. Based in Dhaka with field visits across Bangladesh, this full-time position requires candidates with strong technical background and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, visit client sites, and recommend appropriate cooling solutions. The ideal candidate will combine engineering knowledge with excellent communication skills to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets while building strong relationships with industrial and commercial clients.

Diploma or BSc in Mechanical Engineering

Technical certifications in HVAC/refrigeration preferred

Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales
Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment sales
Proven track record in industrial/commercial sales
Experience with industrial cooling solutions preferred
