Job Description

The Senior Resident Engineer – Electrical (Design Cell) position at nextjobz in Dhaka offers an excellent opportunity for experienced electrical engineers to lead multi-project electrical planning and strategy for Concord Group’s premium real estate developments. The successful candidate will oversee advanced electrical design oversight, including SLD, load calculations, transformer and generator sizing, HT/LT system design, and substation planning. Responsibilities include managing high-level coordination with authorities such as DPDC/DESCO, REB, Fire Service & Civil Defense, and representing the company in technical meetings with consultants and clients. The position demands strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, compliance with BNBC, IEC, and DPDC/DESCO regulations, and the ability to lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost versus performance for high-end developments.
