Job Description

Field Nation is seeking a Sales Development Specialist Lead to establish and scale their sales development function in Dhaka. This full-time remote position with night shift hours requires 4-6 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development roles supporting US/UK/Australian companies. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospects entering the Field Nation ecosystem, conducting discovery calls and qualifying prospective buyers based on business need and fit.

The role offers a competitive salary range of BDT 1,20,000 – 1,70,000 per month and comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, gym membership, and professional development opportunities. The Sales Development Specialist Lead will work closely with US-based teams to apply established best practices and structured qualification methods while helping to operationalize and scale a proven sales development model in Bangladesh.
