Job Description

Truvalu Bangladesh is seeking Investment Professionals (Investment Analyst / Investment Associate / Senior Investment Associate) to join their Dhaka-based team. This full-time opportunity involves working with impact investments across equity and debt instruments, supporting SME development through capital investment and business advisory services. The roles span the full investment cycle from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and exits, requiring candidates with strong analytical skills and experience in investment analysis.

The successful candidates will contribute to planning and delivery of advisory and consultancy assignments that promote SME capacity building and investment readiness. They will work closely with entrepreneurs, investors, DFIs, donors, financial institutions, legal advisors, consultants, and cross-functional teams within Truvalu. The position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and role level, with opportunities for professional growth in the impact investment sector.

Requirements

Education Requirements

Educational qualifications form the foundation for investment professional roles.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines
Preferred professional certifications in investment management

Experience Requirements
