Job Description

BRAC International seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Transformation to lead IT initiatives and drive digital transformation across their social development programmes in Dhaka and internationally. Requirements

Education Requirements

Academic qualifications are essential for this leadership position in digital transformation.

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from a reputed university
  • Preferably in Computer Science/ Information Technology or other relevant disciplines

Experience Requirements

Extensive experience in IT project management and digital transformation is required.

  • Minimum 05 years of progressive experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or technology strategy
  • At least 01 year in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum development process

Qualifications

Professional qualifications and certifications are preferred for this senior management role.

  • Vendor Certification in IT and Project Management (PMP/ Prince2 certification preferred)
  • Strong technical abilities including programming and working with mobile or website systems
  • Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, software architecture, SQL, Databases and API Development

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to bring together teams to design, develop, test and refine digital solutions
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Focus on improving decision-making and organisational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Active watch on digital technologies available in the market
  • Manage and ensure IT compliance, service management, and issue resolution
