Job Description

PalmPay Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Officer-Legal to support their Bangladesh operations in Anywhere in Bangladesh. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 50,000 – 100,000 BDT and requires 3-5 years of experience in legal affairs. The Senior Officer-Legal will be responsible for contract drafting and review, legal documentation, regulatory coordination, and compliance support under the guidance of the Head of Legal. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in the fintech industry with exposure to regulatory and fintech legal operations.

The successful candidate will provide preliminary legal advice on labor law, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters while supporting internal departments with routine legal queries and documentation. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and revising standard contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal policies, as well as conducting legal research on laws, regulations, and case precedents. Applicants should have LL.B and LL.M degrees from a recognized university, Bangladesh Bar Council license, and fluency in both English and Bangla.
