Job Description

ZMC Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with Full Stack and Flutter expertise for an immediate full-time position in Banani, Dhaka. This role offers a clear career path to Head of Technology and CTO within 18 months. The successful candidate will own the quality, architecture, and security of everything we build across our full stack, reviewing all Pull Requests across Flutter, NestJS, React/Next.js, and PostgreSQL before they reach production.

The Technical Lead will manage and mentor the current development team, brief the Founder weekly on technical health and risks, and be the final sign-off authority on every production deployment. With a tech stack including React, Next.js, NestJS, Flutter, and PostgreSQL, this position requires someone who can make critical architecture decisions and ensure OWASP security standards are met across all platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technical professional looking to grow into a technology leadership role at a serious product company in Bangladesh.
