Job Description

City Bank is seeking a highly experienced Head of Structured Finance & Offshore Banking Unit to lead their Wholesale Banking division in Dhaka. This senior VP-SVP level position requires 12-15 years of corporate/investment banking experience with expertise in complex financial transactions including syndication, project finance, M&As, and equity deals. The successful candidate will strategically manage the Offshore Banking Unit, drive Green Finance initiatives, and maintain high-level relationships with regulators and international financial institutions.
