Job Description

Paul Russells Lighting is seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer – 3D Art to join their team remotely from Dhaka, Bangladesh. This leadership role involves developing innovative 3D artwork, product tags, and packaging designs for their growing portfolio of energy-efficient lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and packaging design, with the ability to lead creative projects and mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international brand, creating high-impact product and packaging design projects while maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets. Requirements

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D artwork and packaging design expertise
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools considered an advantage

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have substantial professional experience in creative design roles.

Minimum 4-6+ years in Graphic Design or 3D Art
Experience in product or packaging design preferred
Experience mentoring or leading junior designers will be preferred

Qualifications

Professional qualifications and certifications in design fields are advantageous.

Professional certifications in 3D modeling and animation software
Print production and packaging design certifications
Digital design and visualization credentials
