Job Description

Social Marketing Company (SMC) is hiring a Program Officer – Community Mobilization for its Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) Project in Dhaka. This full‑time contractual role will support SMC’s mission to provide affordable MMS tablets to pregnant women across Bangladesh, overseeing community mobilization, mentorship, and product supply coordination. Ideal candidates are bright, innovative, and able to work under pressure, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 1‑2 years of relevant field experience.

The successful officer will mentor paramedics and field staff, manage budgeting and logistics, and ensure seamless collaboration with implementing partners in Barisal, Bogura, Chattogram, and Sylhet.
