Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) is looking for an Executive to join its Skills Development Program in Dhaka. This full‑time role focuses on designing, planning, and executing youth empowerment initiatives, coordinating training sessions, managing communications, and ensuring timely project delivery. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have 0‑1 year of experience, and are eager to contribute to BYLC’s mission of building compassionate, competent leaders.

The Executive will support marketing and admissions, co‑facilitate core programs, supervise facilitators and participants, and maintain comprehensive program records. This position offers a unique chance to work within a leading NGO environment, gain hands‑on experience in youth development, and help shape future leaders in Bangladesh.
