Job Description

Hitachi Energy is hiring a Market Manager – Grid Automation to spearhead sales of its full‑range automation portfolio in Bangladesh. Based in Dhaka, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting the complete Grid Automation offering, and driving market share growth across Power, Oil & Gas, and Transportation sectors. The role reports to the APAC Solution Line Sales Leader in Singapore and requires a deep understanding of substation automation, communication systems, BESS and enterprise software solutions.

This position calls for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of sales experience in relevant industries, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and fluency in English and Bengali. You will lead contract negotiations, develop market strategies, and collaborate with product managers to introduce new technologies, while upholding Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity.
