Fiber@Home Global Limited in Dhaka is hiring a Lead Full‑Stack Engineer, Business Platforms to spearhead the creation of AI‑native business applications. As part of the AI‑driven development wing, you will collaborate with finance, HR, procurement, and sales teams to translate complex workflows into streamlined, automated systems. The role demands a strong full‑stack background, expertise in Python or TypeScript, and a passion for using AI tools such as Copilot or Claude to accelerate development while maintaining high quality.

Successful candidates will design and integrate ERPNext/Frappe solutions, build robust APIs, and deliver internal dashboards that enhance visibility and reduce manual effort. You will also help define engineering best practices for the AI‑native wing, ensuring clean code, thorough testing, and comprehensive documentation.
