Job Description

The Senior General Manager / AVP Finance will lead the financial function of one of the biggest apparel manufacturing groups in Dhaka, overseeing accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury, and compliance across three countries. The role reports directly to the Board and requires a strategic mind with deep export‑manufacturing finance expertise.

Successful candidates will drive financial strategy, enhance internal controls, and manage CAPEX and revenue monitoring while leading a high‑performing finance team.
