Job Description

Ericsson is hiring a Head of Presales – Service Line Build to lead the presales strategy for its Network Roll‑Out (NRO) domain in Dhaka. The role focuses on driving domain‑led growth, ensuring commercial discipline, and protecting margins across complex RFPs. You will manage a presales team of around ten members, collaborate with senior SMEs and multiple Customer Units, and act as a trusted strategic partner to shape customer strategies and secure profitable contracts.

Requirements

Education Requirements

Relevant academic background is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field
Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) is a plus

Experience Requirements

Key experience needed for this senior role.

At least 5 years of experience in telecom services costing and presales
Track record of improving bid win rates and driving business growth
