Takasago Group maintains offices, production sites, and R&D centers in twenty-seven countries and regions.Job Description Responsible for the sales and marketing of the company’s range of flavours to potential and existing clients within the assigned territory.Develop and manage the annual flavor sales budget and track performance against targets.Deliver business growth and profitability by achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.Identify and create marketing opportunities for new products, complementing existing product range and supporting the regional businesses for expansion and growth.Identify proactively opportunities for potential product concepts and presentations.Collaborate closely with Head Office and other Affiliates on sales and market insights.Keep abreast of Flavour product trends, concepts and applications and industry developments.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying customer needs and leveraging business strengths to drive business growth.Prepare and deliver presentation on the company’s flavours to potential customers.Monitor competitor activities, including pricing strategies and product launches, to identify market opportunities.Liaise closely with customers and agents to gather and exchange sales and market information.Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales role, preferably within the food flavours / food manufacturing industry.Able to travel domestically as required.Prior exposure in a multinational (MNC) company is an added advantage.Able to work under pressure to meet sales targets and KPIs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.Demonstrates a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
