Job Description

BRAC International is hiring a Deputy Manager, Communications in Dhaka to provide strategic communications support for its microfinance network spanning Asia and Africa. This full‑time, entry‑level position will help design and execute communications plans, create multi‑media content, and strengthen stakeholder engagement for the organization’s financial inclusion initiatives, including the flagship “Accelerating Impact for Young Women (AIM)” programme.

The role involves managing media relations, leading content development for digital and print platforms, coordinating campaigns, and supporting social‑behavior change communication. Candidates should possess at least three years of development communications experience and five years in communications or journalism, along with strong writing, design, and project‑management skills.
