The intern will be responsible for conducting telemarketing calls, identifying potential clients, gathering and documenting customer needs, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes supporting the internal teams by managing technology-based customer inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting basic issues.Workplace: Work at the office (Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka)Employment Status: Internship (6 months)Workday: Monday-Friday, Offday: Saturday & SundayWorking Time: 10.00 AM – 6.00 PMQualifications:Basic foundation in Information TechnologyBasic Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectivelyProactive mindset with a willingness to learn about IT telemarketing & sales strategiesAbility to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and collaborate within a team environmentPrior experience or understanding of telemarketing or sales operations is a plusRecently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldFresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to applyAdditional Requirements:Strong verbal & Written communication skills in Bengali and EnglishConfidence in phone-based communication, sales, telemarketing, or customer outreachInterest in sales, business development, and client engagementSelf-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindsetCompensation & Other Benefits:Why Join Optilius?
