bKash Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Growth, Telecom Payments in Dhaka to spearhead the expansion of its telecom‑payment ecosystem. The role blends deep analytics, strategic planning, and hands‑on execution of campaigns—both independently and in partnership with mobile network operators. Candidates will leverage market insights and customer behavior data to design initiatives that acquire new users, retain existing ones, and drive incremental revenue for this fast‑growing digital finance platform.

The successful candidate will manage OPEX and campaign budgets, evaluate post‑campaign performance, and continuously improve analytical tools and processes.
