Role Description We are seeking a talented Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Tangail District. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes. Key tasks include developing and implementing data models, uncovering trends, generating insights, and preparing reports for stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges and ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise to identify patterns and provide actionable insightsExperience in Statistics and Data Modeling for building analytical solutions and forecastingExcellent Communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with diverse teamsProficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or ExcelCritical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience in report creation and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantageFamiliarity with industry-specific data analysis practices or trends is a plus
