Job Description

Speechify is hiring its first Go-to-Market Engineer for the SIMBA Voice Agents division in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This full‑time, mid‑level role focuses on building and owning the technical infrastructure that powers outbound sales motions—lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and AI‑driven personalization. As part of a 100 % distributed team of engineers, AI researchers, and product experts, you will collaborate closely with sales to ensure the right prospects receive the right messages at the right time.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience creating outbound systems from the ground up, deep familiarity with the modern GTM stack (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach/Instantly, Zapier/Make), and a data‑centric approach to measuring pipeline influence. You will enjoy high ownership, rapid experimentation with emerging AI tools, and the opportunity to shape GTM strategy for a product that delivers sub‑second latency in 71+ languages. Qualifications

Key qualifications we are looking for:

Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
Proven track record of building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines and multi‑step sequencing.
Deep hands‑on expertise with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, and REST APIs.
Data‑driven mindset: consistently measure pipeline influence, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
Ability to ship fast, keep solutions simple, and operate autonomously without waiting for permission.
