PRAN Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – Feed Sales to lead sales operations across Bangladesh. This senior-level role focuses on achieving ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for poultry feed, fish feed, cattle feed, and other feed products. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional sales strategies, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence within assigned territories. With a strong emphasis on distributor and channel partner management, the role requires building robust relationships with commercial farms, breeders, layer farms, broiler farms, fish farmers, dairy farms, and large feed consumers. The position also involves leading, coaching, and motivating Area Sales Managers and field sales teams, conducting regular market audits, and ensuring effective manpower utilization.
