Job Description

Evergreen Transparency Limited is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager for retail and corporate sales on a commission-based structure in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This full-time, office-based mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing within FMCG, wholesale, consumer electronics, or B2B environments. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly targets, promoting high-demand products such as TVs, refrigerators, fans, and lighting, and tracking competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge. There are 10 vacancies available for this position, offering a negotiable salary along with travel allowance, mobile bill, festival bonuses, and sales commission.

The successful candidate will lead showroom operations, recruit and train sales staff, and ensure exceptional customer service for both retail buyers and corporate clients including contractors and institutions. Key responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, overseeing billing and credit sales policies, and ensuring compliance with VAT and tax procedures.
