Job Description

ACRO Medical Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER to join its team in Dhaka, Aftabnagar. This full-time, mid-level position is ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting and administration, particularly within audit firms, tax consultancy, hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics, or healthcare startups. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all financial data entry in Tally Prime, maintaining cash books, bank books, and trial balances, preparing invoices and delivery challans, processing vendor payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Additionally, the role involves preparing monthly VAT returns (Mushak 9.1), collecting tax and VAT documents from clients, and providing administrative support to executives and managers. The position offers a competitive salary of 30,000 – 40,000 BDT along with benefits such as transport allowance, mobile bill, partially subsidized lunch, and two festival bonuses.

The ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER will also oversee day-to-day office operations, conduct inventory management across branches and project areas, and perform monthly inspections at sales depots and partner offices. Strong skills in data analysis, presentation, negotiation, and report writing are essential for this role. Candidates must hold an MBA and be between 30 to 45 years of age. Experience with Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and VAT and tax compliance is mandatory.
