This mid-level, full-time role is responsible for developing and executing global marketing and sales strategies for the company’s software solutions, including market analysis, segmentation, and positioning. The manager will oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building with international clients and partners, ensuring consistent revenue growth and brand visibility. Daily activities include coordinating multi-channel campaigns, preparing sales proposals and presentations, managing key accounts, and collaborating with product and technical teams to align offerings with market needs. The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B software sales, SaaS sales, and global market operations, along with exceptional English communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketing and sales professional looking to drive impact in a technology-driven, sustainability-focused organization.
Key responsibilities for this role span strategic marketing, international sales, and business development, with a focus on revenue generation and market expansion. The manager will develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, conduct international market research, oversee SEO/SEM and digital advertising initiatives, and analyze KPIs to optimize campaign performance. On the sales side, responsibilities include building and managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations and negotiations, preparing proposals and contracts, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. The compensation package includes a salary of BDT 50K plus performance bonuses and a commission structure of 3%–5%, with potential qualification for the KindResource Armed Force program.
