Job Description

WC BPO, a growing ITES and BPO service partner based in Dhaka, is urgently hiring motivated Telesales Agents to join its Rampura office team. This full-time, office-based role involves engaging potential clients via phone, building strong relationships, and driving sales through effective communication. The position offers a competitive salary of 15,000 – 30,000 BDT plus sales commission, performance bonuses, and festival bonuses. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service, fluent English speaking skills, and strong persuasive abilities are ideal.
