Job Description

TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL BANGLADESH is offering an exciting Research Associate position for professionals interested in strengthening integrity and accountability in sexual and reproductive health systems. This contract-based role based in Dhaka provides an opportunity to work on evidence-based community monitoring and data analysis for improving health service delivery. The position is ideal for candidates with research experience and a passion for public health and governance issues.

The Research Associate will play a crucial role in supporting data collection, analysis, and advocacy efforts for the SRHR project. Responsibilities include managing digital data collection tools, conducting quantitative analysis, and preparing evidence-based reports for stakeholders. This position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful change in health systems while developing expertise in research methodologies and data management within the NGO sector in Dhaka.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years

Education Requirements

Educational background should align with research and data analysis requirements.

Master’s degree with Honours in relevant fields
No third division or GPA below 2 in SSC/HSC
No CGPA below 2.5 in undergraduate studies

Experience Requirements

Experience requirements focus on research methodology and data handling.

Minimum 2 years of research experience
Experience in SRH-related research preferred
Familiarity with community monitoring projects
Experience with NGO sector projects

Qualifications
