Experience handling sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and project cargo
Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, Incoterms, and HS codes
Proven ability to set KPIs and monitor performance

Qualifications

Professional qualifications and certifications in export management are preferred.

Familiarity with freight software and ERP systems
Strong reporting skills for sales pipeline and revenue analysis
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Ability to prepare and manage export documentation
