Job Description

Fashol is seeking an Impact & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic collaborations that amplify their mission and scale impact in agriculture and sustainability. This mid-level full-time position based in 3/D Kabbokash, Dhaka offers a competitive salary of 40,000-60,000 BDT and requires 3-6 years of experience in development, impact, or donor ecosystem roles. The successful Impact & Partnerships Manager will prepare concept notes, proposals, and impact KPIs while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
