Job Description

Cross World Group is seeking a highly capable Head of Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing and supply chain operations for Engineering, EPC, and MEP projects in Dhaka. This full-time position requires extensive experience in technical procurement and global sourcing channels. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of technical materials required for complex Engineering, MEP, and EPC projects.

The ideal candidate must be deeply conversant with engineering products such as substations, transformers, switchgears, busbar trunking (BBT), generators, cables, panels, and other critical project materials.
